The Design And Implementation Of Video Capture And Analysis System

In recent years, the development in the field of intelligent video surveillance system is rapidly in our country. Many companies in our country can provide equipment and solutions in this field. The collection points have been set around large squares, shopping malls, railway stations, stadiums and transport bayonet and other personnel-intensive, relatively unique position. However, intelligent video surveillance system is currently still at a low level. Most manufacturers provide product with a relatively simple function, a single type of behavior analysis, or a function of simple video monitoring. But now, the demand of users is more and more intelligent, they requires a more complete system structure, more diversified of behavior analysis, more humane of operating, and more comprehensive system management.Firstly, we described the study of intelligent video analysis system status, system architecture and related technologies. Secondly we detailed the design and implementation of the video capture part, which based on the actual needs of the user, given the video capture programming process of the Hikvison video capture cards, USB camera and AVI, add the PTZ control and so on. Then we described the design and implementation of video analysis part, given the design and implementation of remnants algorithm and object removal algorithm, the implementation of video retrieval and system admin functions (alarm management, user management, and information management rules, etc.). Finally, it introduced the system testing process. Through system testing, the current system has basically reached the relevant requirements.The current system has been tested, and has achieved good results.
