This thesis dissertates the development status and business model of internet business and mobile internet business in China, as well as their technology and business trends. Based on the fact that China Unicom has curbed the income declines in fixed broadband business through a new strategy which combines the strengths of fixed broadband with 3G mobile internet, this thesis demonstrates how to leverage the internet technology to set up a content integration and distribution platform in terms of the current broadband business, and how to realize value-added advertisement of broadband business at customer terminals. In details, it illustrates the structure design of the strategic Integrated Content and Message Distribution Platform (ICMDP), subsystem and related interface design, business process planning, networking program of the platform, testing and business development.The platform is systematically based on the J2EE structure, which is formed by modules encompassing the major technologies of java server pages(JSP),java SERVLET, enterprise bean, and WEB service. The system is designed under the idea of SOA, which is rather flexible and expansible. The platform frame is constructed via the classical 3-layer style:MVC (Model, View, and Control). The testing of the system mainly adopts such methodologies:equivalence partitioning method, Boundary value analysis, cause-effect graph, state transition method, and orthogonal experiment.
