Enhancing discussing and experts lectures on the network to comply with the modern media and network technology in order to make the management on time and valid. So this network could solve the loss which the people flow caused and is very important for the company growing.This paper will analyze the content, goal and method of the system. According to the investigation of the traditional companies this paper will discuss the technology, platform and operating environment of this system and why to choose this system. It will discuss the system functions, the operating procedure and data procedure.Companies will improve the program management by establishing the network system and will contribute to the company knowledge and culture management in the future. We will take our customers’requirements in to account and analyze carefully to make them satisfied. In this system the discussing on the network is a difficult part. The sub-functional modules are required. This function could realize the update communication information online and let the administrator could operate and protect the information. This part would be solved by my customers’ requirements analysis and my teacher’s guide. In the project, how to implement user-friendly interface is another difficult. We will use characteristics of the corresponding hierarchical design and the scroll bar style paging system to achieve a way to improve fluency and user experience.
