Based On The Analysis Of Obiee Financial System Design And Implementation

With the economic restructuring of our country and the deepening of medical system reform and intensive competition of medical service market, it generate the business conglomerates with complex structure which involve many acquired subsidiary by means of shares of stock. Comparing to the characteristic of the organizational form of a single corporate enterprise, the business conglomerates’ would be widely distributed, diversified business and a number of member enterprises. And this leads that financial budget of subsidiary can’t be controlled and financial crisis can’t be detected timely. And it is even a trouble to make data analysis with the same caliber for enterprises. In summary, it shows many issues of financial management. Therefore, the financial analysis system is needed urgently to make the daily financial management timely, accurate and conforming, so that the enterprise could use more effective means to access to the efficient information.The thesis begins with a discussion about current situation and problems of the business system of Shanghai Longevity Group Co., Ltd. and shows the necessary of the development of the financial analysis system which bases on OBIEE. On that basis, the article analyzes the requirements of the system which include budget management, warning indicators and statistical analysis of the same caliber. Financial data report and early warning indicators of financial processes are discussed as well. A multi-dimensional data model is built combined with the requirement. Then the Front display tools of OBIEE can be used to provide searching and analyze so that the financial budget management and financial pro-warning subsystem can be designed. The key point discussions have two parts. One is about the automatic warning system of financial indicators by OBIEE. The other is about analysis of the net margin of subsidiary and daily statistical comparison and inquiry with the same caliber by means of slice, drill and rotary operation on data from different dimensions through the multidimensional data model. Finally, a summary of system design is provided and the shortage and scalability of the system is analyzed and discussed.
