Video Surveillance Security System Design Application In Intelligent Residential Area

Video monitor technology is made up of four parts which are Camera, image transmission, system control and display record. It is used in many parts of society. We can make the image entry, storage, playback through controlling the camera host, collecting and controlling the images in the way of special manage mode. In the recent years, video monitoring technology has developed rapidly with the improvement of computer technology, network technology, storage technology and chip technology. Especially with the application of streaming media service technology in monitoring system, it has made important breakthrough in the wireless remote video technology, which makes the IP cameras widely used in social public. It has played an important role in curbing crime, providing evidence and protecting the people’s property.This thesis takes the project of building living community as an example, capitalizes on design standard and requirements of digital video monitor system to supervise the whole living community. It also introduces features of digital video monitor system, parameter index and type selection basis in theory, and designs concrete monitoring point, transmission mode, image controlling and video operation. It simulates the process of uploading digital images to web server by using the digital video monitoring system in the community, and through the use of remote cell phones and other devices it can use streaming media server to view real-time monitoring video, which not only makes uninterrupted 24 hours monitoring of the whole community without blind spots come true, and realizes wireless video data transmission. Specific contents are as follows:First, demonstrate the digital video monitor system. Second, analyze the requirements of projects in order to use digital video monitor system which is also called second generation video monitoring technology, and then through the network switch video send signals from hard disk video recorder to LAN or nets. In addition, on the basis of the actual condition, make sure to use products meeting technical need and analyze various technical indexes and performance of the products so as to make theoretical arguments. At last, ensure the supervised point, construct, install and inspect according to the national standards, and complete the design and implementation of the whole project.
