The thesis is studying on the tactics of children’s publishing enterprise’go out’ in the background of globalization. Based on a lot of research, the thesis suggested some feasible strategies from the children’s publishing enterprise angle and used some theories which are editing, publishing and management of enterprises, international trade study. Through analyzing the data, the thesis pointed out the present and characteristics of the children’s publishing enterprise ’go out’ in China and analyzed the environment factors which adopt SWOT analytic approach to summarize outside chance and challenge and advantage and disadvantage inside. Besides, the thesis also made some suggestions from the aspects of capital, product and serve. It is hoped that this study could be reference for those Children’s publishing enterprise in China.The thesis’s body part consists of four chapters.Chapter Ⅰ is the present condition about children’s publishing enterprise ’go out’. Through analyzing the data, this chapter showed the practical situation and characteristics of the children’s publishing enterprise’go out’in China.Chapter Ⅱ is the analysis of the influence of the environment on children’s publishing enterprise’go out’. This chapter comprehensively analyzed the influence of the environment in four areas about children’s publishing enterprise ’go out’:outside chance and challenge, advantage and disadvantage inside.Chapter Ⅲ is studying on the tactics of children’s publishing enterprise’s product and serve ’go out’ in China. Viewed from a product and serve’go out’ standpoint, this chapter suggested the pricing strategies for products, the form strategies for products, the distribution channel strategies for products, the marketing strategies for products, services strategies for business.Chapter Ⅳ is studying on the tactics of children’s publishing enterprise’s capital ’go out’ in China. Viewed from a capital ’go out’ standpoint, this chapter put forward two models. First, children’s publishing enterprise was used to green foreign investment. Second, children’s publishing enterprise was used to foreign acquisitions.
