| IC testing technique is one of important support techniques of developing IC industry. At present, IC testing instrument price is higher currently, and in the electronic laboratory, the performance of small-or-medium-size digital IC is often needed to test in the experiment, and so the test of digital IC is a recurrent work,so it is necessary to design a economical and practically IC testing instrument.This dissertation research results of the domestic and overseas for digital IC testing technique.the dissertation provides the design of digital IC testing instrument based on Micro Controller Unit (MCU) system. This design content includes two aspects which are hardware system and software system. This dissertation design emphasis is hardware system circuit design, which contents include the choice for AT89C52 SCM, programmable I/O interface, keyboard, LED display interface CH451, reset circuit, serial communication interface MAX232 for computer and SCM, testing outlet interface, upper computer, power supply and so on. Each function unit circuit design of hardware system introduces modularization wholly, and each circuit choice is based on comparison and optimization design so that later hardware is upgraded.This dissertation improve the current-amplification design of MCU power supply circuit capacity, and the design of testing outlet interface circuit, digital IC testing vector coding method improved the credibility of the system, simplified the program, and also testing this circuit by using EDA simulation technology. |
