With the rapid development of the virtual instrument technology, it is an inevitable trend to rebuild the platform virtually which data could be measured and controlled. It urged us to build a platform based in the construct of virtual instrument. Making use of the original platform, We should combine the virtual instrument technology. It could improve the experiment condition and the efficient in experiments. Data could be done with more quickly and more precisely.The test system we discussed is made up of a personal computer, hard wares with various functions, graphical interfaces application software LabWindows/CVI which is used to analyses data and process communication. It made the computer to be a numeral platform with various test functions. Making use of the software Lab Windows/CVI, various instrument panels are generated. Data could be done with, expressed, transformed, stored, and displayed on these panels.In the software design, due to the need of the system, we discussed and designed the virtual instrument to meet the need advanced. At the same time, making use of the powerful compute function of the software Matlab, we could design a virtual instrument with more powerful function. The technologies of the Artificial Nerve Network and the little wave analysis are also be discussed.The technology of virtual instrument would be a important means in the campus in the future, and it would have a wide future especially in science colleges.
