Research On Chinese Real Estate Enterprises Competitiveness Based On BP Neural Network

With the continuous development of the real estate industry, the competition between real estate companies is increasing. In recent years, because of that the rates are too high and becoming too fast, the state has adopted a series of macro-control policies. The result is that real estate companies are under increasing pressure, which competition are growing, and greatly reduce investor confidence. How can we solve these problems, and how to improve the competitiveness of the real estate business. This is the purpose of this study.On the basis of cleaning purpose and significance, analyze the competitiveness theory of enterprises, the status quo of the real estate industry, and of its own characteristics of real estate enterprises competitiveness. Following the index selection principle, establish a scientific and reasonable index system to accurately reflect the real estate business competitiveness index. Select the evaluation method for the real estate business competitiveness, through mutual comparison and combination of the characteristics of the real estate business competitiveness, considering the difference between real estate competitive with other industries, finaly determine the BP neural network evaluation model. Under the conditions of the master principles and processes of BP neural network evaluation model, select a representative sample of the network training, which can fully reflect the real estate enterprises in China. Through the establishment of a indicator system to collect the indicator data and normal indicator data. Design evaluation model based on BP neural network algorithm principle structure. Start training the network, finally output competitiveness of real estate enterprises and analysis evaluation of results.Using the BP neural network evaluation method to evaluate competitiveness of the real estate companies is feasible, which is a scientific, reasonable, accurate and suitable method for analysising and evaluating competitiveness of real estate enterprises. Through the application of the evaluation results under the BP neural network, compare the real estate business competitiveness. Identify the main factors to affect the competitiveness of the real estate enterprises, in order to improve the real estate enterprise competitiveness. Help the government to develop standards and policies, but also provide an analytical basis for investors.
