| Manufacturing Executive System (MES) that is information system at thesame level of ERP/PLM covers shop floor field of plant. Since the productstructures and production modes of different industries are quite distinct, thephysical environments and management requirements of shop floor are alsovarious. The difficulty of project requirements analysis is increased objectively.Electronic Industry has legible management characteristics as new high-techindustry. Many of them are keen to improve their manufacturing capability byimplementing MES. But the real detail functional requirements are oftenbewildered.In this paper, author introduces Enterprise Value Framework Theory fromDeloitte, and extends it to project management. To resolve how to help specificindustry user to breakdown their company strategy into business requirement,put forward the Pyramid Mode of Value Framework Requirement Analysis;To meet this requirements gap between MES investor (top management level)and end user, put forward the Use Case Link Strategy and Tactics Mode. And tryto combine these two modes into one application platform.The application platform which includes these two modes is used tocomplete the requirement analysis and proposal generation in the MES project(include two typical shop floors (SMT and Box Build) of electronic industry) atM Group. The result is pretty good. It is also a useful try to accelerate theprogress of IT project requirements analysis. |
