Quality Management Research Base On New Product Development Of Communication Device

In this thesis, it provided the solution of new product development process andquality management by researching “Seven-phase” new product quality management.In this thesis, firstly, research background, current status of quality managementin new produce development phase of communication device, target of this thesis andmain content were studied. The necessity and importance of this thesis wasemphasized from a practical and theoretical point of view. And secondly, the qualitymanagement theory of new product development and control method were analyzedand discussed. It proposed the general form of the quality management of new productdevelopment projects. This thesis also made a summary for normal model of qualitymanagement of new product development by analyzing the characteristic of newproduct and new communication product development. Then it theorized the “Sevenphase” new product development. Thirdly, this thesis standardize the control methodin every phase by analyze the process of “seven phase” new product development andthe activities of every phase in “seven phase” new product development. At the end ofthis thesis, a real new product development case is introduced to show how to execute“seven phase” new product quality management. It also validate the feasibility of“Seven phase” new product development quality management by enhance theunderstanding of how to execute “seven phase” new product quality management.
