With the rapid development of information technology, the application of themanagement system has become an important factor for all colleges and universities toimprove their competitiveness, and the reuse of components has become one of themost important issues in information system research field. There are manyinadequacies about traditional information systems, in terms of structure or function inthe coupling of the new environment, so the development of information systems basedon reusable components has become the inevitable trend of development.Firstly this paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional informationmanagement system development technology. Combined with the theoretical basis ofsoftware reuse, component technology, software architecture, it takes a full overview ofthe system based on the advantages of the component development. Secondly this papertakes the integrated management system of Jiangxi Copper education center as theproject background, proposes a complete needs analysis, and describes the businessprocesses and functional modules in detail. Then this paper designs the system modelfigures in the.net development platform combined with the XDE modeling tools. Onthe basis of modeling, it’s analyzed and extracted about components. Finally thesub-components were assembled into a complete application system, and the systemdeveloped component-based was taken a reusable test.Based on the idea of reusable development, on the one hand, this paper purposes amodeling process of the integrated information management system of vocationalcolleges, and designs the main use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram ofthe structure and behavior of the model with UML. On the basis of modeling, this paperalso analyzes the components used in each module; on the other hand, the paper mainlypurposes a hierarchical component framework based on platform.NET, and divides thevarious sub-components hierarchically. Based on the combination with Rational XDEand.NET, the sub-components and interfaces of the system were extracted. It mainlyfocuses on the function which could develop system modeling layer, page layer, andcode layer synchronously, which also reduce the development time.According to the project requirements of integrated management system of JiangxiCopper education center, this paper provides the complete analysis and design ideas. The component development approach has an important application and promotionvalue, positively promotes the development of information system developmentindustry, and also provides an effective design and realization method in the area ofcomponent-based development for the current information management system.
