Based On Web Testing Equipment Calibration Management System Research And Implementation

Drug quality and safety is a serious business that affects everyone. Thedrug control institutes at all levels in China bear the heavy responsibility toensure drug quality and safety. The accuracy of the data and conclusions ofthe drug testing reports not only related to the health of the people, but also tothe healthy development of the related industries and social stability.How to ensure these instruments are in normal? The data generated bythe instruments can rely on? To answer this question, the drug controlinstitutes introduce the concept of instrument calibration management.The instrument calibration management’s core mission is to ensure thateach of the instruments is in validity period. How it can be an effectivemanagement is a difficult and complex task, because thousands of testinginstruments, large or small, due to the drug control institute, are scattered in adozen laboratories.In this paper, based on the background of project "instrument calibrationmanagement system" of Guangdong Provincial Institute for Drug Control,combined with the actual management system and hardware configuration, Ibring forward a reasonable solution. The main accomplishments of this paperare including the following:1. Based on software engineering rules, I accomplished the requireanalysis and system design by using UML language and structure designmethod.2. The structure and critical design of the Web-based enterpriseapplications are described in detail. Then, I gave a reasonable softwarearchitecture combined with the actual situation of the Guangdong ProvincialInstitute for Drug Control.3The instrument calibration management strategy based on calibrationsheets in a Web-based platform is discussed.
