Thus, the device needs to be installed in the vicinity of high-voltage SF6lot of instrumentation to ensure safety. However, these instruments require periodiccalibration and validation tools directly related to the quality and safety of theinstrument.The SF6online instrument calibration system in this article was designed basedon ARM. The device with STM32F103microprocessor as the core, with color touchscreen as human-computer interaction platform, with reliable performance of theimported SF6sensor as the sensitive element, at the same time, integrating real-timemeasurement, automatic manual mode switch, system parameter query, easy calibrate,and many other functions in one, simple operation, reliable performance.Adaptive PID control algorithm greatly reduced the instrument’s calibration time,through a large number of experimental data summed error processing and sensorcalibration calibration algorithm improves the accuracy of the instrument calibrationand environmental adaptability. From hardware to software design circuits have beenexperimental comparison, to ensure reliable operation of the instrument.Finally, instrument calibration data confirmed the accuracy of the calibrationtime and design of SF6online instrument calibration device to achieve the desiredtargets, the device can be widely used in electrical systems and the use of SF6-relatedpower equipment manufacturers. |
