The structure of Browser/Server (B/S) uses Web Server and Active Server Pages (ASP) as interlayer. A database system of B/S mode with trilayer Web structure comes from the integration of B/S and Web technology. Web development of B/S mode using ASP is the most popular and applied development mode currently, Application systems developed by which and oracle database (the leading database management system today) are advanced either on theory or on practice.At first, the paper discusses the characteristic and principle of B/S structure. Taking the actuality of campus network into account, the paper demonstrated the possibility and necessity of developing B/S application system with trilayer web mode on campus network. Based on the characteristic of Oracle system and its security mechanism, the paper discusses the reason why oracle database system is adapt to the educational administration management system of TianJin Vocational Technical Teacher's College.The paper emphatically expounds course of trilayer Web development of B/S mode using ASP as development tool. The whole scheme design, security strategy design and program module are analyzed in detail. On the part of practice, actual solutions of each phase are provided. In the chapter 3 and chapter 4, key technologies and methods in accessing to database by ASP through application server are expounded.The achievements of the task comes down to the following:Firstly, actualized the design idea of the database. According to needs of application system and the characteristic of oracle, posted the most optimized configuration of database structure, disk assign and kinds of storage parameters, and so quickened the system's response up and increased security and credibility ofthe system.Secondly, designed and actualized the security strategy of the system. All ofusers of the system are separated into eight soles, and each sole has different privileges. Users are assigned and privileged by DBA(database administrator). Any user must pass the identity validation before using the system. IP banding is used to increase the security of the system on hardware, which means the DBA must usethe IP set by program. Leaders can function as sanctifier of important information when using the system.Thirdly, completed server program and user interface. Realized the communication among database server, application server and browser. Supplied simple and friendly operation interface to users. Background programs that deal with user's requests were completed. When users submit requests from browser, the application server will handle these requests and response results to users from database server.The last chapter of the paper provides the emphases and difficult problems in system development and relevant solutions.
