At present, Web-Based Education (WBE) has become the main orientation in model of education in our country. Web-Based Course(WBC)’s amount arises along with the rapid development of the Web-Based Education. WBC is an important part of WBE,the quality of WBC is the key factor that affects the quality of WBE.How to evaluate WBC is one of these problems which people face with some problems while construct and use WBC.This research is based on CELTS-22,it aims at web characters and web-course characters. Through comprehensive method and analysis method, this research has 5 first class indicators (course content standard, instruction design standard, use standard, art standard, technology standard), 32 seconded classindicators. The research defines evaluating standards and divides normative grade. In order to ensure the validity and reliability of the evaluating indicator system.According to the needs of users and existing ion index system, we conduct a systematic analysis and design. By using Unified Model Language(UML), this paper analysis and design the structure of this system. On the basis of analysis and design. We implement this system. On the basis of existing questionnaire evaluation index system, this paper also develop "National Excellent medical curriculum evaluation subsystem class" to support the evaluation process on an evaluation of the results of the statistics. The whole system is using JAVA technology and ASP.NET (C #) to achieve. We use the C / S structure of the development evaluation collect the results of these questionnaires will be stored in a relational database, storage methods using model-based mapping method, this part of the development achieved.This system is the important past of Tianjin medical University Scientific and Reserch project-National excellent Courses evaluation system based on XML. By trial use we get some good offects. This system not only provide supplementary means and reform for teaching and research but also help to improve the teching and research level for our campus. |
