As user need is increasingly diverse, and existing products in the market have been unable to fully meet user’s expectation, personalized customization will come into being. But the number of enterprise trying to provide customized service is still small, and the customized platform is also not perfect. In this paper, this problem is deeply researched so as to design a set of complete user personalized customized platform system.The theory of natural selection and the survival of the fittest and the model of computer software implementation are used in this research to build the platform of user personalized customization. The availability and efficiency of this platform is deeply discussed through theoretical analysis, market research, computer simulation and example, and the main contents can be included as follows:1. Some theoretical analysis and practical research are carried for user personalized customized platform. And in accordance with the needs of users and firms, the expectations model of customized platform is preliminarily established.2. Product language is transformed into genetic algorithm language, and the conversion mechanism from product personalized customization to the optimum solution of genetic algorithm is set up.3. By using the equilibrium relationship between the low cost of production and user needs for personalized, the principle of obtaining initial population is confirmed. Based on the conventional coding, a new virtualization coding mode is created, which is used when existing module unit is shortage. Five levels of analysis is taken as a user appraisal system, and the user is involved in the process of customization, on the basis of which, the fitness function is established. The final customized result is obtained through the Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox.4. The availability and effectiveness of this platform of user personalized customization are tested by the example of sofa.In summary, this paper constructs a platform by use of the principle of genetic algorithm, in which user can participate in the design and the product modeling module optimization mechanism is put forward, which provide a new idea for the effective realization of supply and demand. In addition, a new model for computer-aided industrial design is developed, which has a guiding significance for the development of industrial design.
