The modeling of the FLAC3D grid was mainly with the command-driven mode. Whenthe engineering geological conditions of the model were complicated, the efficiency toestablish the3D grid model would be low obviously.It was more difficult and time-consuming.Numerically simulation calculation with FLAC3D were increased the difficulty. And most ofthe child grid needed to rebuild when model of individual control points changed. It is notadaptable and can not be reused.This paper mainly studies transformation method of the two-dimensional model ofAutoCAD data to the FLAC3D model data,and bases on AutoCAD to quickly build FLAC3Dgrid model using the Java programming language.It is able to build a variety of tunnel modelin the mining engineering area.This paper analyzes data structure of the AutoCAD two-dimensional graphics file of DXFformat,and has suggested that the automation abstracts the DXF form document key datainformation and automatic grouping method;the mothod of converting AutoCADtwo-dimensional model data to FLAC3D model data improve the utilization of AutoCADtwo-dimensional model;from AutoCAD two-dimensional model and the computerimplementation angle start, for the mining engineering area of numerical simulationcalculation problem, quickly built FLAC3D grid model(including different model of theoriginal rock strata, arched tunnel, irregular cross section tunnel, cross tunnel, etc).First,preparing the AutoCAD two-dimensional model of DXF form,and according to the methoddescribed in this article split the model and extract key data information(information relatedto coordinates, angles of arcs, lines), finally combining each child model data, and adjust themodel mesh fine degree of precision needed, after joining the initial conditions and boundaryconditions, rock mechanical parameters, generate the numerical calculation model. In this paper, the FLAC3D quick modeling method is not only for the similar FLAC3Dmodeling methods for improvements and innovations, and has been verified by AutoCAD toFLAC3D rapid modeling system.This method is viable.And data from it is reliable. FLAC3Dnumerical simulation researchers have a certain reference value.
