FDM Rapid prototyping technology(Fused Deposition Modeling),Fused deposition modeling, Its working principle is the first to design a good three-dimensional model through the slicing software to slice, Import the resulting data into the 3D printer, Then print the wire(PLA?ABS and so on)When heated to a molten state. Compared with the traditional processing technology, the 3D printer which uses the FDM rapid prototyping technology is in the process of processing cost. It has been widely used in mechanical, medical and so on, Has a good development prospects and great commercial value. But because of a technology of FDM rapid prototyping technology belongs to multidisciplinary integration, involving machinery, electronics, materials, software and other fields of knowledge. Therefore, this paper, combined with the problems encountered in daily use, select one of the three kinds of(the nozzle is often blocked, printing a long time, a breakdown of the demolition cumbersome), By applying the software ANSYS Workbench which relates to the temperature field and thermal mechanical coupling to numerical simulation and get the relevant data, finally through experimental verification of the numerical simulation accuracy. The main research contents are as follows:(1) based on a new type of nozzle and old nozzle temperature field of contrast as a guide, emperature range of wire melting process assumptions, to Gauss heat source model do for the nozzle of the heat sources, combined with the software ANSYS Workbench of the steady-state temperature field analysis module, on both the old and the new nozzle temperature field numerical simulation;(2) print speed can get improvement depends on the final molding is stable, so the new nozzle print speed adjustment to twice the old nozzle print speed.This process still must with the aid of ANSYS Workbench software, but due to molding molding process is by printing layer sequentially forming process, so the need for using element birth and death technology and APDL assembly language to complete;(3) with molding temperature field numerical simulation, can be directly on the stress field was simulated, the forming parts of print starting point Z axis setting boundary constraint, the temperatures of all nodes are sequentially loaded to shaped pieces. Finally, the numerical simulation;(4) the design of a new type of FDM rapid prototyping machine.(5) the accuracy of the numerical simulation of the temperature field and the stress field of the new nozzle and the forming parts before the experiment.
