Coal is the important natural resources in our country and water disaster in coal mine hasbecome one of the main factors of the mine disaster. Based on full understanding of thecurrent status of related research and a variety of factors that lead to water damage, minewater hazard early warning expert system is researched in the paper. The main researchcontent and results are as follows:Firstly, the generation and expression of the mine water hazard early warning expertsystem knowledge were studied. The paper analyzed the composition of the early warningexpert system knowledge and data processing. And then the monitoring data points of thehydrogeological parameters were fitted to three-dimensional spatial data by using inversedistance weighted interpolation algorithm so as to build the knowledge data base. Finallythree-dimensional visualization of spatial data is achieved to enhance the interaction ofknowledge.Secondly, the inference rules and its design of the mine water hazard warning earlywarning were researched. According to the early warning principles that are analyzed byseveral warning methods such as the data warning, extreme warning, multi-parametersweighted warning and so on, the paper used prediction methods such as water coefficientmethod, the water blocking coefficient method and water inflow to design inference rules.The early inference rules provide a reliable early warning theoretical support for earlywarning expert system.Thirdly, on the basis of these studies, the mine water hazard early warning expert systemis developed. The system studied the expression of production rules and detailed designed thecoal mine warning knowledge base based on relational database technology. Due to thecharacteristics of the complexity in coal mine warning process, the reasoning strategy wasadopted which combined the two-way mixed reasoning with imprecise reasoning. And thenthe conflict mitigation strategy is given for the knowledge matching conflict problem in the process of reasoning.Coal mine water disaster early warning expert system studied on the paper provides areference for the coal mine production safety, effective early warning and emergencyintegrated management.
