Aero engine fuel system testing in the annex is crucial to the engine test which directly affects the performance of test results. In recent years, with the rapid development of the aviation industry, the original tester of manual control technology can not meet the actual needs, and to some extent it hinders the development of Aero engine Fuel Pump test because the original test measurement and control system has more manual operations and the degree of automation is not high. In order to improve the automation degree of the test system and make sure that the test data can be centralized controlled and stored, it is necessary to develop a set of real-time monitoring and control of aero engine accessory tester control system.The system acquires field data through a variety of sensors or transmitters. The pressure and differential pressure signals are sent into the computer through the terminal boards and the data acquisition cards, while the temperature, flow rate and rotation speed signals are first fed into the corresponding intelligent instrument equipments and then sent into the serial card of the computer through the communication modules. The NI company’s LabVIEW software,which has the advantages of powerful display and data processing, and can support a variety of communication protocols, is adopted to design the software. By the use of LabVIEW software, this system can realize the function of scene data displaying and processing, historical data storage and query, and printing output.The thesis introduces the situations of debugging system by the combination of software and hardware,and it analyses and solves the problems of data acquisition, communication instrument and electronic control. Finally, for the problems that the parameter adjustment of electronic controller is multifarious and that its anti interference ability is not strong, the thesis proposes to use the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller to improve the performance of the system, which has proved the superiority through the simulation in MATLAB Aero engine accessory tester control system has been used, and after a period of using, the system works well, which achieves the design requirements.
