At present,there exists universally the influence of microdeformation of machine parts onmachining accuracy and measuring accuracy in machining, precision measurement and otherfields.And the influence already become the difficult technical issue to improve the measuringaccuracy.Therefore,doing research on micro deformation of object and measuring accurately thedeformation,we will not only achieve the value for researching,but also gain the practicalsignificance.Base on the previous micro deformation production,the paper makes a further study onthe deformation of elastic thin plate under loading.Aiming at the deficiency of existing microdeformation measurement methods,a new method-holographic interferometer will be discussed in thispaper.The integrated inspection technology is put forward on the basis of the theory of bending linearelasticity of little deflection of thin sheet, with the finite element analysis, Laser holographicnondestructive testing technology and image processing technology in this paper.First of all,accordingto elasticity mechanics and theory of plate and shell,the deflection and stress distribution of objectunder static loading can be analyzed and calculated.Then the simplified model of object is set up bylarge-scale finite software ANSYS,and thus the strain and stress under static loading are obtained.Atthe same time,the main factors influencing the deflection are briefly discussed in thispaper.Furthermore,the natural frequency and the natural mode are also calculated by the elasticdynamics and large-scale finite software ANSYS.and then the basic measurement principle of microdeformation of object by holographic interferometer is studied in the paper,and the experiment systemis set up to measure the micro deformation of object.The deformation under different shapes,differentboundary conditions and loading conditions are measured by means of experiment.The interferencefringe is recorded by charge coupled device(CCD) and processed by the software MATLAB.thedeformation of object can be obtained by quantitative analysis. The results of experiments and theones of theoretical calculated and numerical simulation are compared,the experimental results areagreement with the simulations and theoretical calculation results very well,so the results can validatethe reliability of the finite element simulation method,It also showed that laser holographicinterferometer is a feasible and effective method.
