With the continuous improvement of automation technology, the application of automaticguidance vehicle system(AGVs) becomes more and more widely, and the study of single AGV cannot meet the needs of the current production. As a result, the scheduling and path planning of AGVswill become key research content in the future. Based on the summary of related literatures of AGVscheduling at home and abroad, the task scheduling method of bounded rationality and conflict-freepath planning algorithm of improved time window were proposed and the following studies werelaunched:(1)The self-organization method of bounded rationality was put forward based on the concept ofbiological incentive and it was applied to complex and unstable AGV task scheduling system to solvethe problem of local competition of task scheduling between AGVs and improve the performance ofthe system.(2)After solving the task scheduling problem, aiming at the conflict-free path planning problemin flexible production system, it was proposed that plan the driving path in turn and assign a differenttime window for each AGV by the combination of Dijkstra algorithm and time window method toprepare for the following proposed algorithm of improved time window.(3)Aiming at the problem that AGV cannot run according to intended route planned by timewindow in dynamic unstable environment, it was proposed that update planned routes and improvetime window algorithm by changing priority and sequences of automated guided vehicles (AGV)while passing through the nodes so as to achieve the AGVs path planning in a dynamic environment.(4)At last, eM-Plant software was adopted to programme to make preliminary application of taskscheduling method of bounded rationality and improved time window algorithm and testify thefeasibility and reliability of the algorithm. Finally, with VC++as software platform, the AGV groundcontrol system was established which laid the foundation for practical application.
