Under the development of purchasing management software in ISCM, The paper discuss the software model based the workflow、ontology description methods and collaborative methods etc.Focusing on collaborative process framework of purchasing management software based on contract nets. And optimize the model of structure by using the knowledge of the Petri nets based on Associated Matrix etc.Firstly, this paper expounds modeling method of the workflow and its application. Respectiely on reference model of the workflow, meta-process model and the description of BPEL in detail. Given the ontology model of meta-process by using the key technologies of ontology.And provide the collaborative framework of process based on contract nets.Secondly, the optimization method of Petri nets model. On the basis of the General Petri nets and the mapping relationship of workflow and Petri nets, provide the model of bidding in Petri nets. And optimize it with the method of Associated Matrix.Then, analysis and design the purchasing management.During the analysis phase,establish use case model and activity model of purchasing management.And establish the database design and interface design of system.In the end, describe the development environment and configuration of purchasing management software, and use ACME to realizability describe, on this basis, given the typical applications.The paper gives a brand-new model of purchasing management software and optimize the model. And prove to have the significance and practical engineering value.
