In this paper, in 1992, China’s men’s Javelin-2,006 state of development as the research object, through literature, questionnaire survey method, using mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other means to identify the impact of China’s men’s Javelin at this stage a major factor in the development of and to propose targeted measures and suggestions on China’s men’s javelin with a view to meet the rapidly growing movement to provide reference.
