Through this study, the province college woman javelin Events Team on Sustainable Development has a certain theoretical and practical significance.In order to understand the development of Hunan Colleges and women’s javelin project paper by College has seven school sports teams javelin starting point, the use of literature,questionnaire, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, comparative analysis, the basic situation of Hunan College women’s javelin sports team athletes,coaches the basic situation, the training situation, security conditions, the athlete management, training and the effect of the six aspects of the status of investigation, the following Conclusion:(1) Hunan Colleges and schools to carry out less javelin; lack of reserve forces, less the number of participants;athletes participating life is long, well-targeted; but the external motivation was stronger than internal motivation;(2)Hunan college woman javelin platoon level or at the nationallevel in the middle, but there are also individual athletes to achieve national level; the number of athletes per year less competition, the competition level limited to domestic competition;(3) coaches educated, coached long life, reasonable age structure, but the treatment is not high, the lack of full-time coaches; rich enforcement training and teaching experience, and actively participate in training, study hard and improve professional skills;(4) leadership attention, more harmonious relationship between teachers, coaches athletes training methods and means more recognized;(5) the coaches responsible, reasonable arrangements according to plan training content, training content to physical training, special technical training-based, it is worth mentioning that all the coaches in the use of strength training means a new training methods- core strength training, and actively arrange recovery after training methods, but the means of recovery is simple;(6)some schools training venues fully able to meet the needs of the athletes daily training; single source of funding, support facilities to be improved; management(7) school athletes of various departments clear, less "anchored" phenomenon. But "learning and training conflicts" is still difficult to solve,failed to reach 100 percent graduation rate;(8) the majority of athletes in regular employment, but athletes are not engaged in work related to professional sports.Explore the factors that affect women’s javelin College Sports Teams in Hunan development are: lack of(1) the reserve forces, athlete safeguards inadequate;(2) full-time sports teamcoaches lacking;(3) the treatment of the coaches are not high;(4) sources of funding in the form of a single sports team;(5)sports team training aid inadequate facilities;(6) learning and training conflicts still exist;(7) employment security is not in place; the lack of(8) athletes competition experience;internal(9) athletes motivation is not strong.Promote women’s javelin Hunan College Sports Team Development Strategies:(1) to broaden the reserve personnel resources to improve the security research program, to extend the time of graduation;(2) strengthen the training of coaches,the introduction of full-time coaches to "two-pronged";(3)improve all aspects of the treatment of coaches;(4) to broaden the sources of funding, so that diversified sources of funding;(5) improve the movement of the auxiliary facilities, build elite team training;(6) pay attention to the learning needs of the athletes, properly handle " learning and training contradictions ";(7) to improve athlete protection mechanism,improve athlete graduation and employment rates;(8) in order to promote competition practice, increasing the athletes to participate in sports competitions and contest opportunities;(9) to stimulate intrinsic motivation athletes optimize athletes Achievement.
