Hu Hailong buffer time is short, can quickly turn lower limb force process; However, when transferred to the stage of lower extremity force difficult to maintain a stable force posture.(2) To the right lower extremity force phases:Yan Zekun force total time is short, the lower limbs move quickly, quickly whipped into the upper course of action; knee angle is well controlled; lower limb muscle strength and power is good; But the timing is not kicking forwards force reasonable, right hip active force premature to form a " kicking turn sync", resulting in the loss of momentum. Hu Hailong’s force when the total length, timing and the right hip peak acceleration force has been formed on the action stereotypes; hip muscle strength, but poor, right hip active force too late to form a" secondary hair between the lower limb and hip power", right hip acceleration is small, the total time force is too long, and less leg muscle strength and explosiveness; knee angle control is unstable, affecting acting distance.(3) Throwing arm momentum transfer stages:Yan Ze-kun upper limb muscle strength and explosiveness better; But technically javelin initiative to accelerate the wrist did not play a braking effect, making the wrist loss of momentum, acceleration javelin small; in the wrist initiative to accelerate the elbow poor flexibility, initial elbow angle is too small, the right elbow angle change too much, resulting in acceleration distance is too small, the impact of wrist speed; shoulder flexibility poor throwing arm pulling angle is too small, the impact of right elbow the acceleration distance; accelerate technology in the right shoulder chest and abdominal muscle strength and power is not enough, leading to an acceleration right shoulder instability.
