In order to explore the basic skill of archery electromyographic characteristics and core stability strength training methods of EMG characteristics and the relationships among them. Many methods have been empioyed to probe into this research,such as literature material,interview, electrodiagnostic testing method and mathematical statistics and other research methods.Fujian province sports team elite archery athletes as the test object, use American BIOPAC company production of the MP150multi-channel physiological signal recorder with synchronous camera on10Archer archery basic skill and core stability strength training method of electrodiagnostic testing.and use AcqKnowledge4.1analysis software combined with synchronous video on archery technical straps, upper limb and trunk muscles of the core muscles mainly integral electromyography, muscle discharge starting time and put some duration of electromyographic analysis. Summary of basic skill of archery and core stability strength training in shoulder, upper limb and trunk core muscles force characteristics, explore the relationships among them, evaluation of core stability strength training for rationality, technical improvement, and provide a theoretical basis for teaching and training.
