| The culture of the private colleges and universities is an important part of socialistculture. In the process of the construction of socialist culture, attention to theharmonious development of the private universities and cultural construction inschools, to improve the educational function of the school, and to enhance the overallquality of students, to create the private colleges of brand characteristics, to improveand promote the construction of socialist culture has an important role.This paper is taken by combining theoretical research and empirical researchmethods, to non-governmental institutions for the study of cultural construction inaccordance with the "what, why, and how" a study of the General plan.
