Long-term since, under the guidance of the exam-oriented education, studentsway of learning and work simplification,increased burden on students. An importantgoal of new curriculum reform is to improve the students study way, and activelyexplore worksheets.This issue will construct worksheets design mode of junior middle schoolchemistry based on the scaffolding instruction theory, and this model can beeffectively applied to the teaching practice, enable teachers to easily complete theworksheets based on extended effectively, combining with job design, trainingstudents thinking flexibility and creativity. Through this issue research andapplication, to better implement the knowledge points in the teaching, to betterdevelop the students ability, the teachers teaching and students learning has verygood assisted effect.In addition to the theory, this study also has carried on the test in practice,whether the model is operable. Experiments are conducted in a class, cycle for half ofthe semester. First of all, this article through the questionnaire and student interviewto understand students learning notes in the learning process,and analyze the causesof it. Then according to current situation of students classroom learning teachingstrategy, combined with scaffolding instruction model, establish a worksheets model.And use models to write worksheets give students learning material. Using thismaterial can provide the students with lecture notes as the carrier to study theformation process, review the resources and homework after class. After one unit ofteaching practice, through the experiment after the questionnaire and studentinterview and other methods to obtain data, verify the learning effect of learning.Through learning practice proved that worksheets model is helpful to teacher.Learning through this mode to cultivate the students good habits of notes, andimprove the efficiency of the students in your class notes, and use of scaffoldinginstruction model to help students finish the meaning construction process oflearning, makes it is easier to represent the learning process, students can learn to review and improve the review results.The limitations of this thesis lies in is worksheets have better educationalfunction to good students have not to further study.If have time, can furtherfollow-up study.
