| Since 1977,the national college entrance examination system has gone through more than 40 years.In 2014,the State Council officially issued the Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System,which marked the beginning of the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination in China.At present,the first batch of pilot districts in Shanghai and Zhejiang province has finished the first college entrance examination after the reform.Through the reform of the academic proficiency examination in high schools,the classification examination,the parallel model of admission of "College +Major",the opportunities to offer multiple examinations,and other manners,this policy implements quality education,promotes the reform of education and teaching between high schools and colleges and universities,and strengthens communication and cohesion between them.However,in the process of reform,a series of problems have emerged,such as the rights of student’s choice of rights being treated in a utilitarian manner,and the proportion of students majoring in art and science is seriously misaligned.In order to cope with these problems,colleges and universities in Shanghai and Zhejiang have made active explorations in subject selection,enrollment methods,evaluation standards,and personnel training models,which are worth learning and thinking in colleges and universities in Guangxi.Based on the top-level design of the state reform of national examination enrollment system,this study refers to the experiences and practices of experimental regions in Shanghai and Zhejiang,and explores and analyzes the expected influence and requirements of the model of "Chinese,Math and English + Three Subjects of Academic Proficiency Test" pattern for talent selection and cultivation in colleges and universities in Guangxi.On the one hand,the comprehensive reform of college entrance examinations in Guangxi not only expands the autonomy of colleges and universities in selecting talents,but also limits the scope of talent selection in colleges and universities in Guangxi,and also exerts a profound impact on the source of students in colleges and universities.This is mainly reflected in the influence on the structure of students’ sources in colleges and universities and the changes in the competitive conditions of students.On the other hand,the new changes of students in colleges and universities after comprehensive reform of college entrance examination in Guangxi also put forward new requirements for talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Therefore,with the further advancement of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination in Guangxi,colleges and universities in Guangxi should take the initiative immediately to participate in the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination.By investigating the implementation of reform of college entrance examination in colleges and universities in Guangxi,we learn that most practical teachers in colleges and universities in Guangxi lack profound understanding of the comprehensive reform of college entrance examinations,and most colleges and universities do not form a comprehensive and systematic measure.In order to accelerate the adaptability of colleges and universities in Guangxi to the new situation,and improve and perfect the mechanism of talent selection and the model of talent cultivation,colleges and universities in Guangxi can refer to the measures taken by colleges and universities in Shanghai and Zhejiang to respond to the reform of college entrance examination,and further improve the teachers’ awareness in colleges and universities of the reform of college entrance examination in Guangxi by combining the current situation of talent selection and personnel cultivation in colleges and universities.What’s more,it also aims to establish a set of operational mechanisms for the selection and admission of outstanding talents,optimize and adjust the professional structure,strengthen the construction of characteristic specialty,and build a model of talent training in colleges and universities that meets the needs of students.At the same time,it also targets at strengthening the communication between colleges and universities and high schools,so as to lay the foundation for the establishment of an "overpass" of lifelong learning,and improve the effectiveness and quality of personnel selection and cultivation in colleges and universities,so as to promote the healthy development of the education in colleges and universities in Guangxi. |
