At present, China is carrying out a new round of the new senior secondarycurriculum reform, putting forward " to improve the scientific literacy of biologystudents" requirement of the new curriculum idea, experimental teaching is animportant platform for the cultivation of students scientific literacy, improve theefficiency of biological experiment teaching is to adapt to the needs of the newcurriculum reform, but also an important way to promote the all-round developmentof students. But at present, there is class nervous, materials and equipment, lowefficiency problem of teaching high school biology experiment teaching most, makethe experimental teaching can not reach the ideal teaching effect. Aiming at theseproblems, the biological experiment teaching and multimedia integration perspectiveto study, hope to be able to use the multimedia resources combined with traditionalteaching to overcome the experimental teaching problems to a certain extent, toimprove the efficiency of biological experiment teaching in senior high school.Inorder to understand the biological experiment teaching in high school newcurriculum and multimedia integration condition, this research takes Shanghai asthe research location for a series of investigations, using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method, interviews, case design method and other methods toinvestigate Shanghai city’s high school biology experiment teaching, the experimentteaching of teachers and multimedia integration and teachers’ choices of media useand other aspects of research; and it is also for multiple aspects of student learning,biological experiments on experimental teaching mode selection, evaluation ofmultimedia assisted teaching awareness and choice, study on Teachers teaching andexperimental skills assessment study. Methods after the investigation usingmathematical statistics on the results of statistical analysis, and combining theinvestigation results, selected high school biology experiment " typical plant cellMitosis observation "," Inquiry the factor influencing Photosynthesis " andexperimental science history " Photosynthesis research history " as examples ofexperimental teaching and multimedia integration case design and in practice, mainly aims at the principle and the two multimedia resources effective integration.Investigation shows, distribution of biological laboratory facilities and laboratorytechnician, senior high schools in Shanghai experimental funds are more reasonable,most schools have carried out the biological experiment teaching environment.Butthrough comparative analysis found that, there exist the following problems in thebiological experiment teaching and multimedia integration process:(1)problems offormalism, contents and form are not consistent, multimedia resources obsolete,high school biology experiment teaching and multimedia integration process;(2)themultimedia resource constraints, in the experimental teaching and multimediaresources integration application teachers and students, selection bias, teachers tendto select slide, and students tend to choose the video and other visualresources;(3)the biology teachers in experimental multimedia resource selection,multimedia integration and application of skills to be improved;(4) related to the useof multimedia resources in experimental teaching and accumulation should beoptimized etc. Based on the survey results and practice cases following, the mainconclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:(1)the multimedia auxiliaryteaching high school biology experiment can solve some tests to a certain extent(such as anatomy experiment, molecular experiment) experiment materials,equipment condition limitation, improve teaching efficiency;(2)the useage ofmultimedia assisted teaching should be a reasonable choice of multimedia resourcetypes according to the experiment content, follow the appropriate visualprinciples;(3)the multimedia auxiliary teaching should be based on differentcharacteristics of the experimental content and practical need to combine thetraditional teaching mode, overall arrangement.
