This thesis focuses on that participating in the2012national Winter SwimmingChampionships in Guangzhou,11young males wimmer will be monitoredsystematicallyon their blood physiological and biochemical indexesin the trainingperiod.Through monitoring and analyzing the data of athletes ’ blood physiologicaland biochemical indexes, it will help us know about the athletes ’ body functioninpre-competition training, andaccording to the feedback data of the physiological andbiochemical indexes, we can adjust to the training programmesto help athletesachievethe best positions before the gameThis subject mainly makes the use of experimental method and test measures todo the track-testing about the first9weeks’blood physiological and biochemicalparameters of11maleswimmers of the Guangzhou youth Winter SwimmingChampionships. After May30, everyMonday morning(7:30~8:30),theathletes will betaken the blood tests in thequiet positions, at the same timethe blood testosterone testwill be taken weekly. Test metrics include:(1) the number of red blood cells (RBC)13items of blood routine indexes and test instruments for COULTER TCT10bloodroutine test and Japan f-820blood cell counter.(2)9weeks before the competition, theathletes will be taken vein bloodin every Monday morning. Use the US MD100semi-automatic biochemical Analyzer on muscle acid kinase (CK) and blood urea(BUN) for monitoring, and test reagents box is the production of Beijingbioengineering high-tech company.Use Finland produced MALAC type C countinstrument determination serum testosterone ketone (T), and test reagents box is theproduction of Tianjin Depp biological products limited cooperation(put from law). The research results display that in the preparation period, the Guangzhou youthteam’s11male swimmersshow obvious variation trend on the number of red bloodcells, hemoglobin and hematocrit, blood physiological and biochemical indicators.Combined with the observation of training scheme, in the first stage of thepre-competitive cycle training, that is before the ninth week, eighth week and seventhweek before the game, the main purpose of this stage is about endurance training, training a large quantity, but relative small intensity.Subjects’hemoglobin, red bloodcell count and hematocrit all increasedgradually, at that moment the athletes can beadjusted the training program in training, and increase the intensity oftraininggradually. With the training intensity increase, in the second stage of the pre-competitive cycle training, subjects’physiological and biochemical indexes ofblood changed again. That is from the sixth to fourth week before the game in thetraining, subjects’tested blood physiological and biochemical indicatorssuch ashemoglobin, red blood cell count and hematocrithave rebounded, butat this stage, theability of athletes is still at a relatively low level. With the adjustment of the trainingplan, training intensity is reduced, and training quantity is increased. In the third stageof pre-competitive cycle training, as the data analysis chart shows that the the bloodphysiological and biochemical indexes have reached the peak at the third week beforethe game in all ofpre-competitive cycle training. The blood physiological andbiochemical indexes stay level at the second and first week before the match. Therefore, in the first stages of pre-season training, coaches adopt the lowintensity training which is benefit for athletes’aerobic capacity to improve athletes’heart and lung function, through general endurance and muscular endurance for thepurpose, to improve exercise capacity requirements. Training athletes’ aerobicendurance mainly, the coaches should adjust and control the time of traininganrest. The coaches also should pay attention to the athletes’ bodies and they should planthe next set of training when the athletes have not been fully restored, meanwhile theintermittent time should not be too long. The main purpose of training is to make thefunction of the cardiovascular system of athletes improve. To achieve that goal. Theintensity of training should be controlled at moderate intensity and the pulse at180/min---160/min.When the pulse recovery to120/min--140/min, the athletes shouldstart the second groups of training. In order to improve the ability of the body ofoxygen of hemoglobin, the training time of each set of practice should be more than30minutes. At that time, the physiological and biochemical index of blood increasegradually. When the amount of exercise is reduced, but exercise intensity is incresed, the blood physiological and biochemical indexes will decrease, and then rebound, thefatigue will appear atthe second stage. Then adjust the training scheme, and use thetransform swim into the distance, namely, intermittent and strength of the reentrantpractice. Movements in this period was reduced gradually, in turn raising stage, increasing the speed of the quality and the special quality. The body indicators arebetter than before as to the athletes and show that the athletes have already adaptedto the current load intensity. At the time, the measured physiological and biochemicalindexes reach a relatively high level in the whole training period and remainunchanged, which indicate that the body recoveryand will be adjusted to match the beststate of motion. It is the most important function to the crucial role of scientific and efficienttraining that monitoring of physiological and biochemical indexes of the athletes is.Coaches analyze and screen the record at length according to the subject’s bloodphysiological and biochemical indexes data, and combine with theoretical knowledge, then adjust training program in the training process to help athletes achieve the beststate of motion scientifically and effectively.
