Fairness is an eternal topic in human society.Education fairness is the foundation of social fairness,which is highly valued by governments of all countries.The fairness of educational examination is an important guarantee for the realization of educational fairness,and the related issues of the fairness of examination have gradually become a hot issue in the educational field.At present,the main focus on the fairness of the examination is the lack of relevant research in the college entrance examination and the middle school entrance examination.However,with the reform of the middle school entrance examination,the junior high school academic level examination and the junior high school entrance examination gradually realize the "two examinations in one",and the fairness of junior high school examination is increasingly prominent.As one belt,one road strategy and the Yangtze River economic belt,the municipality directly under the central government of Chongqing has attached great importance to education.Chongqing has established a high school education examination and enrollment system based on the results of junior high school academic examination in the 2016 education reform plan.The secondary school level examination has been promoted in Chongqing.The problem of how to evaluate and guarantee the fairness of the junior high school academic level examination needs to be solved urgently.However,the concept of the fairness of the junior high school academic level examination is vague,the masses' understanding of it is subjective and arbitrary,and the lack of relevant evaluation and monitoring indicators makes it difficult to accurately monitor and evaluate the fairness of the examination.Therefore,according to the current situation of compulsory education in Chongqing,it is urgent to establish a systematic and scientific examination fair monitoring index system.This study takes Chongqing junior high school academic level examination as the research object.It investigates the junior high school academic level examination in the theory of educational equity,analyzes its problem representation and influencing factors.On this basis,combined with theoretical analysis and empirical research,it preliminarilyestablishes Chongqing junior high school academic level examination fair monitoring index system,which is a long-term mechanism of Chongqing junior high school academic level examination fair To provide reference for the establishment of.This study is divided into five parts: the first chapter introduces the origin and background of the research,and reviews the current national education examination fairness theory and the current situation of the national education examination fairness monitoring index system,looking for a foothold for the junior high school academic level examination fairness monitoring index system,and explains the research purpose and research methods.The second chapter is the junior middle school academic level examination from the perspective of educational equity,which is divided into two parts.The first part is the theoretical combing,analyzing the connotation of educational equity and the concept of examination equity,combing the main schools and thoughts of educational equity,and clarifying the relationship between educational equity and social equity.The second part is the monitoring indicator body of junior middle school academic level examination equity on the basis of educational equity theory In order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the index system,the Department explained the concept and analyzed the problem representation and influencing factors of the equity of junior high school academic level examination.The third chapter is to determine the value orientation,basic principles and conceptual model of the fair monitoring index system of junior middle school academic level examination,using Delphi method and statistical analysis method to carry out empirical investigation,and construct the fair monitoring index system of junior middle school academic level examination in Chongqing.The constructed fair monitoring system of junior high school academic level examination in Chongqing includes three dimensions: Fair monitoring of examination starting point,fair monitoring of examination process and fair monitoring of examination results.It not only includes urban-rural differences,class differences,regional differences,ethnic differences,inter school differences,gender differences and other fair indicators of results,but also designs subjects,examination contents,examination forms Fair monitoring indicators such as examination implementation,marking,performance evaluation,use and interpretation of scores,etc.The corresponding weight and connotation of each specific monitoring index are explained in detail,as well as the application method of the index system.The fourth chapter is to provide strategies for the realization of the equity of junior high school academic examination.It puts forward suggestions from four aspects: clearly positioning the "two examinations in one" mechanism,improving the comprehensive quality evaluation system,establishing and improving the supervision mechanism,and attaching importance to the use ofexamination technology.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which lists the main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of this study.
