Tibetan Classes (Schools) opened in order to promote the improvement of the Tibetan national education quality, in order to meet the needs of building the new socialist Tibet, with the exploration of the reform and opening up policy, in order to develop the education in Tibet where education is extremely weak. So the special national education policy is built. After nearly20years of development, the Tibetan Classes (Schools) transport a large number of qualified personnel for socialist construction in Tibet, and this policy has won wide acclaim from the Tibetan community and even the majority of overseas Tibetan compatriots.Improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching is the basic requirements of the new curriculum reform. While the classroom atmosphere is one of the important factors affecting the effectiveness of teaching and learning in the classroom. Classroom atmosphere is a complicated overall system which influenced by multiple factors. The new curriculum reform emphasizes the dominant position of students. Classroom atmosphere has important impact on the students’cognition, emotion and behavior in the learning process. The hidden curriculum impacts teaching activities, but also the healthy development of the students’personality indispensable elements. The research of classroom atmosphere is inevitable to enrich the theory of the hidden curriculum and to promote further research. Teaching in Tibetan Classes (Schools), positive, relaxed, harmonious atmosphere of the classroom is the important factor of the teacher-student collaborative teaching activities, able to mobilize the students’ enthusiasm for learning, improve learning efficiency, To some extent good classroom atmosphere determines the efficiency of the learning activities of students.This paper attempts to extract the relevant information in the theory of education and psychology and other disciplines to analysis Tibetan Classes (Schools) classroom atmosphere system, in order to improve the effectiveness of the theoretical research and practical. After the field work in J Tibetan middle school, I found that classroom teaching affect classroom atmosphere misunderstanding. Thus, the classroom atmosphere of J Tibet middle school is not very satisfactory, needs to be optimized. After observation and inspection of the literature, I analysis of the reasons for the boring classroom atmosphere:Tibetan students’ particularity of Tibetan classes; the missing of teacher professionalism in Tibetan classes; the impact of academic structure reform; education evaluation system is not sound. On the basis of full argument the author think that the Tibetan classes and teachers can create a positive classroom psychological atmosphere, improve teachers’ professional quality of Tibetan students to create a good classroom atmosphere for students; countries and education authorities need create a good classroom atmosphere from the Tibetan students preparation of teaching materials to the improvement of a single education evaluation system for students to. The study of the topics is going to make more educational researchers concern about the classroom atmosphere and further enrich perfect contemporary educational theory.
