With the reform and opening up, foreign exchange continuous in-depth and expansion,multi-cultural exchange and integration has now become an inevitable trend of social andcultural development in our country. Different form the environment with single, stable andclosed before, original human values and hegemony cultural has been the challenge ofmulticulturalism, so that a relatively stable value systems and behavior patterns becomeincreasingly diversified, discrete-oriented, conflict-oriented. In the accelerating globalizationand information technology and the modern transformation of Chinese society in the erabackground, the consumer culture with the development of economic and culturalcommunication has entered our daily life, which means that the consumption time has come,consumption has become an indispensable part of people daily life, the consumer havedifferent basic survival consumption, consumption of change will have on the traditionalsocial value system and individual behavior have influence, which may cause people’sthoughts and values of the collision and chaos. Consumer culture is as of a kind of popularculture, which was gradually penetrated to the university campus when went into the society,and at the same time which brought certain impact and influence to college students’ daily life.College students are the future of our country, the hope of the nation is the most vigorous andmost dynamic group in the society, the builders and successors of the socialist harmonioussociety, is to say their thought behavior conditions not only affect their own development, butalso with the overall quality of the Chinese nation, is related to the course of the constructionof socialism with Chinese characteristics, to the party and national long-term stability all hasthe vital significance. Contemporary college students is a special group and which is also thespecial consumer group in our society. They quickly accept new things and are easily beaffected because they has less social experience, but they are fully curiously in all outsidethings. Although they don’t have economic income, their life and consumption are moreindependent, their psychological state and way of life makes them in the front position in theconsumer group, while there is less attention to college student’s consumption and education.How to cultivate students to set up the correct consumption and develop good consumption habits to make them have positive and healthy consumption culture concept is an importanttask in our country’s ideological and political education work.This paper makes a study of the effect and countermeasure research of consumer, andwhich mainly divided into5parts, firstly, it analyzes the present situation of domestic andforeign consumer culture and simply elaborates on the relevant theory between the domesticconsumer culture and college student value; secondly, based on the understand of theconsumer culture and college student value, this paper further analyzes the development trendof domestic consumer culture and our college student’s consumption condition; thirdly, thispaper states college’s students’ orientation of value based on the field of the ideological andpolitical education in colleges and universities, which mainly includes four aspects, includingthe life value, moral value, aesthetic value and consumption value, and this paper also statesthe effect of the consumer culture on college students’ value, which includes the positiveeffect and negative effect; finally, this paper analyzes the present college students’ consumerculture based on the empirical research and relevant survey data to the college students’consumption culture, and this paper further studies the problem of college students’consumption culture and submits relevant solve policy, and at the same time, based on thebasic principle of college students’ consumption culture, this paper plays main effect to theideological and political education on college students’ consumption culture, and furtherstrengths on the value education to college students to makes college student set up thepositive and healthy consumption culture and construct a good consumption educationenvironment to supply beneficial reference to improve the college students’ value in all-rounddevelopment. In a word, our consumption concept has undergone earth-shaking changescompare with that of1950s and1960s, the present college students is as of the specialconsumption group, it is a very important attention to how to set up scientific and rationalconsuming conception and cultivate positive and healthy values. This needs our family hascorrect supervision and guidance effect to children’s consumption action, which also need thecollege To cultivate college students to set up correct consumption conception, and thesociety should further strengths the supervision to the media to establish a harmonious andhealthy consumption environment. The present college should set up the correct value and correct consumption culture awareness though the joint effort of college, family and society,and also the college students are also strength self-consciousness.
