| University students are the future of the community, their words and deeds to the community as a whole plays an important role and product direct impact on the process of social civilization. By the country, society, schools and other interested parties vigorous advocacy,China's credit system construction of university students has made great achievement, but students in the credit loss is still very prominent. Credit problems mainly manifested in the loss of usually days, the most prominent is the two aspects: 1, in-school period, operating plagiarism, cheating in examinations. 2, school leavers stage, fake diplomas, breach of contract, not repayment.This article attempts to understand the question, analyse the reason, discuss one or several feasible countermeasures by the investigation of the university's credit present situation and to find new method for the credit system construction of contemporary college students.Through the diagnosis, this article believed that the primary factor affects the construction of university student credit system is the asymmetric information and the flow of social credit environment.This article pointed out that we should constructs the credit system by the information communication and the safeguard mechanism.First, construct information sharing mechanism, strengthen the information transparency.Second,construct the compulsory network of credit by many kinds of methods to make the credit contract to be observed. Specifically speaking, the method is to perfect information sharing mechanism and the safeguard is to establish the force mechanism.Also,we should strengthen ideological political education. University student's all credit record must be public, enables the school, the Employer and so on to be possible complete understand them. When the university student breaks a promise, the society force mechanism will let them pay the corresponding cost.The university student credit system can establish truly by this.
