The rising of Mobile Internet and the development of intelligent terminal cause the changes in mobile learning and virtual community, providing favorable conditions for the solution of continuous learning problems of IT marketing personnel. Under this premise, constructing a mobile virtual learning community (MVLC) becomes a natural choice.In this thesis, combined with the specific knowledge of network management system (NMS) marketing personnel, the form and content of resources of MVLC are analyzed, the organization, the management, the standards and the evaluation methods of resources in community is designed. At the same time, considering the existing types of virtual communities of users incentive status, based on guidance and classical model of comprehensive motivation incentive theory of management, combined with the characteristics of MVLC, a user incentive model of MVLC is designed.7elements including Attitude (motivation), Community resources, User behavior, Community norms, User evaluation strategy, Evaluation of user, Incentive measures and the relationship between them are shown in the model, and the complete process of incentive for users is ananied too. The implementation elements in the model are discussed and the user incentive mechanism of IT marketing personnel oriented MVLC is studied. The specific quantitative methods of community evaluation including user evaluation and resource evaluation are studied, the corresponding user score algorithm is put forward in the thesis. The Incentive model and mechanism of users can improve the learning enthusiasm of the community of users in a certain extent, and can provide certain reference experience for the solution of the similar incentive problem.In this thesis, a set of MVLC construct methods is designed combined with the traditional methods of J2EE engineering framework and mobile Internet, and combined with the specific learning needs of NMS marketers MVLC system for IT marketing personnel is designed. Several system function modules including community resource management, community user management and community service, are designed in detail and partly implemented. This part of the thesis provides a feasible design and implementation ideas for the construction of future mobile virtual community, has a certain reference value. Finally, a case is given to illustrate the operation of the process and the incentive effect of MVLC user incentive mechanism, the result shows that the evaluation can reflect the true situation of users and resources in a large extent, and the incentive measures can effectively play its role in the mobile virtual learning community. |
