In order to further strengthen the aesthetic education,and comprehensivelypromote quality education,in2000the ministry of education for rural art educationdevelopment in China is weak in different regions across the country chose58experimental county rural school art education reform pilot,lijiang,Yulong Naxiautonomous county on the list. Since then,in2005,chose to include Yulong lijiangNaxi autonomous county of yunnan province,15experimental counties in ruralschool art education reform pilot project,makes the lijiang Yulong Naxi autonomouscounty is one of national and provincial experimental county.Rural art education reform in our country have more than10years of experience,exploration, practice, the accumulation of a number of less developed areas andminority areas of primary and secondary school art education reform anddevelopment of new experience. Especially through the experience summary of thepromotion,make its many experimental counties of rural art education has changed alot. Today, many ongoing rural primary and secondary school art education reformexperiment continues to promote and practice, but many achievement has not yetbeen concluded and perfected. This case in the party and the government of rural arteducation attaches great importance to reveal the firm the confidence, determination,but also reflects the complexity and difficulty of rural art education reform in ourcountry.Through the reform practice of more than10years,lijiang,Yulong Naxiautonomous county of the art education reform(especially in music education) fullybased on local rich resources of folk culture and art,by combining with national folkcultural heritage protection,introduced the traditional folk fine art schools to thepractice of class inside and outside the classroom, written vernacular textbooks,with the "five groups"-combined with face-to-face, construction,"the base", thereform of local art education activities carried out to life,rich and colorful,accumulated a lot of fresh experiences,got the attention of the local government and relevant experts,has obvious characteristic and typicality,fully embodies the arteducation reform’s vigor and potential.Lijiang Yulong county,the author through the music education reform of thesystem research thinks,the target of rural primary and secondary school art educationreform experiment,is to build with Chinese characteristics of rural primary andsecondary school art education teaching system. But due to the vast rural areas,thecomplexity of history,economic and cultural background differences,together withthe special features of the art education,to build scientific,reasonable,effective andsustainable development of the education teaching system,it is a difficult task. Lijiang,Yulong Naxi autonomous county is a minority autonomous counties, and the reformpractice there are many worthy of reference and reference of the experience,butYulong county has its special background of national culture and strong tourism,someexperience is replication,cannot blindly follow. At the same time, the rural primaryand secondary school art education system in our country, should not be a simplespecification "pattern",and should be in the national art education system under theframework system,diversified, multi-level,diversified forms of combination of arteducation practice.
