| The performance-oriented teaching is proposed in the late1990s, a newconcept of Enterprise Training, has always been related to the concern of scholars.With the change of the view about training for corporate managers and employees,training is no longer a kind of welfare. For enterprise managers, training is a part ofinvestments in human resources during the development of corporate strategy; andtraining is an effective way to enhance self-abilities for employees. The existingcorporate training courses have been unable to meet the needs of the enterprisemodern business, while it much need to breakthrough the traditional teachingphilosophy. Based on full advantages of the existing corporate training coursesresources, the research with how to infiltrate the concept of performance-orientedintegration into the existing corporate training courses, in other words, how totransform the existing corporate training courses to performance-oriented teachingin order to promote the effect of enterprise training will be very extremely valuable.Based on the analysis of the feasibility of transforming existing corporatetraining courses to the performance-oriented teaching, and the teaching systematicdesign system. In this study, author sets up transformation of existing corporatetraining courses to the performance-oriented teaching model with theperformance-oriented teaching philosophy. Determined by the conversion model ofthe existing corporate training courses to the performance-oriented teaching, it willcome true that corporate personnel department or training department transfersexisting corporate training courses to the performance-oriented teaching withmaking full use of the existing corporate training courses in order to enhance theeffect of corporate training.After intensive study, the results are listed as follows,(1)Analysis of the feasibility of transformation existing corporate trainingcourses to the performance-oriented teaching. Through the analysis of the strengthsand weaknesses of the transformation, it raised the possibility of transformation ofthe existing corporate training courses to the performance-oriented teaching. (2)Set up the model of transformation from existing corporate training coursesto the performance-oriented teaching. By analyzing the characteristics of existingcorporate training, combined with the teaching systematic design model, it sets upthe model of transformation from existing corporate training courses to theperformance-oriented teaching, on the basis of performance-oriented teachingconcepts and relevant theories.(3)Proposed the application strategy of transformation from existing corporatetraining courses to the performance-oriented teaching. Take the supermarket cashiertraining courses as an example, it explored the specific application of the model oftransformation from existing corporate training courses to the performance-orientedteaching. |
