The21st century education aims to fully develop students’ personality, raises student’scomplete personality, promote the all-round development of every student. This is also intoday’s world of the important goals of the modernization of education and common trend.With the further development of quality education reform, the traditional class managementpattern already can not adapt to the needs of the development of students, the lag, is notconducive to the students’ all-round development. Therefore, we must change the existingmode of class management, to establish an able to mobilize students’ subjective initiative,concerned about the potential for students to develop, for students’ all-round developmentstage in the new class management mode, this new class management mode namely classautonomous management. This will effectively ease the sharp contradiction between teachersand students in traditional class management mode, reduce the burden on the student growth,reduce the teacher’s job burnout, teachers and students are liberated from the traditionalmanagement mode to form a mutual trust between teachers and students, desalination ofpower management education environment.Secondary vocational education is an important and indispensable component in socialeducation, is the cradle of national technology talents of different levels, is the basis ofcountries with high quality workers, is a powerful guarantee for the development of socialeconomy and culture. Since implementing quality-oriented education, the state vigorouslydevelop secondary vocational education, tens of millions of student life and learning insecondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools to strengthen the classmanagement, the construction good ban feng, promote good school spirit is formed, more andmore become a big problem that nots allow to ignore. At the same time, according to thesecondary vocational student’s physical, psychological and social development requirements,abandon the constraints inherent framework of students’ innovative thought, to the secondaryvocational school students in a fulcrum of autonomous management, lets the student realizefrom the "manager" to the change of the role of "manager", has become one of the hot topic inwhole society and quality education. Therefore, in the stage of secondary vocationaleducation implementation of students’ autonomous management of the class managementmode is an effective way to improve students’ comprehensive quality. Class autonomous management should take the student as the main body, and exert students’ subjective initiativeand autonomy, and fully arouse the enthusiasm of each of the students actively participate inclass management, education should pay attention to emphasize the students’ subjectivity, inthe process of changing the teachers’ comprehensive leadership as a whole to guide, to changestudents’ passive to active participation. And in this process, maximize the promote thestudents’ ability of self education and self management ability of development, make thestudents’ moral level and further improvement of overall quality.Implementing class autonomous management in secondary vocational education, tocomprehensively consider the characteristics of secondary raw, secondary vocational schoolsin the process of the implementation of class autonomous management exists many problems.Therefore, in the secondary vocational education class autonomous management research,must be comprehensive consideration of junior middle school students’ physical and mentaldevelopment characteristics and the needs of social development. Set up and improve the realsuitable for secondary vocational education model of class autonomous management.
