In recent years, with the rapid development of occupation education especially secondaryoccupation education, teaching quality and medium occupation school more attention, theemploying units on the secondary vocational school graduates employment standards fromthe previous professional "practical" gradually transformed into "comprehensive quality" andto develop comprehensive literacy is the need to support the public basic courses. But thequality of secondary vocational school students decreased, courses in basic publicinfrastructure restricts the teaching quality improvement, make the occupation schools andteachers are not able to. To improve students’ learning initiative, the enthusiasm of the publicbasic courses, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, the cultivation of students’ basicquality of science and culture, to meet the needs of the student occupation career development,the promotion of lifelong learning. I have chosen this subject, this paper focused on the studyof classroom teaching management of public infrastructure. Based on the management statusquo of classroom teaching based on the survey of public vocational school, expounds thenecessity and importance of the reform, and the teaching theory of humanism andconstructivism learning theory as the theoretical basis of this study. On this basis, put forwardthe "teacher-student interaction, interesting, efficient" classroom principles, strategies andimplementation principle, and carried on the exploration and practice."Teacher-student interaction, interesting, efficient" is a kind of teaching managementidea, interaction between teachers and students is the teaching management of the explicitform, interesting and is to further define the interaction between teachers and students,efficiency is the goal to achieve. Therefore "teacher-student interaction, interesting, efficient"should adhere to the principle of equality and democracy, process and result principle,interactive principle, the principle of interest and the principle of efficiency. This requires ourteachers to change the traditional teaching idea, take the course guide strategy, passionguiding the interest of multi-dimensional interactive learning strategies, teaching process andteaching method for students to pay attention to strategy, learning method guidance teachingstrategies, evaluation of the use of incentive strategy of all-round development, finallyrealizes the high efficiency goals of public basic courses. Finally, through the exploration andpractice of the preliminary conclusion: public basic course "teacher-student interaction, interesting, efficient" classroom teaching reform, not only can improve the enthusiasm andinitiative of students participation in classroom teaching, improve teaching efficiency, but alsocultivate the students’ comprehensive quality, professional learning to lay a good foundationand development of students.
