With the worldwide education reform, especially our country elementaryeducation curriculum reform, people pay more and more attention to the educationreform in teachers. Only the teachers’ professional level and integrated quality riseceaselessly, in order to have a high level of educational quality. Now the primary andmiddle school teachers’ continuing education has become China’s teacher troopconstruction the important policy of. But makes one feel distressed that teachertraining is the most in order to achieve superior to indicate to the implementation, theimprovement of teachers’ quality is not obvious, progress is not fast. Schooldevelopment and the urgent need to improve the level of teachers, selecting andtraining of teachers of teachers team construction of rapid development becomes apressing matter of the moment, having important significance.This paper based on primary school teachers’ selection and training ofcomparative analysis of the research on the selection of training teachers, researchsignificance. Then it analyzes the status of teachers in school education, a specificstudy of teacher training in Wuhai in the implementation of the status quo, andanalysis of present teachers training rationality according to the theory of educationand the curriculum standard, summarize the existing problems. Through the study ofthe selection of teachers, selection method, selection by the establishment of theobject condition to analyze how to select teachers. Study on the selection of the lastteacher training approach and method, elaborated the implementation method.
