| Class is the main field of new reform of basic education curriculum. The process of class reform means the clash and fusion of old and new class culture. Whether or not the class reform achieves substantial breakthrough relies on suitable growing environment provided by class culture. Learning from Mr Fei xiaotong on "cultural consciousness" theory, combining the two concepts "class culture" and "cultural consciousness", forming the composite concept "class cultural consciousness". Because the subject of cultural consciousness must be a person, then teachers will become the primary and crucial subject on class culture consciousness. This thesis mainly embarks from the subject of teachers, trying to help teachers to consider from a new perspective of "class cultural consciousness", in order to achieve professional autonomy development, a breakthrough in class teaching, to realize the reconstruction of class culture, etc. Standing on a higher point of view, request the teachers to internalize the "class cultural consciousness" as the part of value system, they should insist on the dominant role in the national culture, insist on the national culture’s main body status, respect and understanding diversity of foreign culture, seeking for cultural innovation and development that suitable for their own.This research mainly includes the following aspects:Introduction part, it firstly elaborates the origin of the problem from the history background and realistic conditions, then put forward the important proposition has not been taken seriously from teachers through the documentation of the carding and analysis, and to interpret the core concepts.The first part is design and process of research, including research assumptions, research purpose and significance, research methods and process.The second part is the results and discussion of research, including present situation analysis and conclusion, the variance analysis and conclusion and content analysis and conclusion of English teachers of class culture consciousness in junior middle school. According to dimension standard of the questionnaire, the questionnaire is divided into four dimensions:identity level, reflection level, criticism level and innovation level. Respectively analyses English teachers of different gender, different teaching age, different education, different titles, different types of school in the four aspects of the present situation and the differences. Most of the teachers are at the low stage of class culture consciousness. Teachers of different gender reached significant difference levels in identity level. Teachers of different teaching experience in identity, reflection, criticism and innovation level exist significant differences. The analysis conclusion on education is:"college" and "undergraduate" groups have reached significant difference levels in identity level, reflection level and critical level; teachers’ of different titles have significant differences in four stages. Teachers in different school types have reached significant difference level in the critical level and innovation level. And finally draw corresponding conclusions according to the content analysis.The third part is the practice orientation and specific strategies about English teachers in the junior middle school how to lead class cultural consciousness. Among them, Specific strategies contain four aspects:setting up belief of class cultural consciousness, cultivating the awareness of class cultural consciousness; strengthening the action of class cultural consciousness, establishing the platform of class cultural consciousness. Practice orientation includes three points:roots seeking:exploring the contemporary meaning of Chinese traditional class culture; Reference:search for international understanding on class culture; Innovation:local class culture construction suitable for curriculum reform. |
