In this paper, the results of previous studies on emotional intelligence, coping styles and job burnout of theory analyses and discusses proposed research purpose: in order to understand theoverall situation of job burnout of middle school teachers in Guangxi minority areas, and to investigate the mechanisms of effects of the variables of job burnout in the. Research by "emotional intelligence scale", "table of trait coping style scale" and the amount of teacher burnout form "three standard scale, 163 teachers in Guangxi region were measured, and using the data collected by the survey results were analyzed. Finally, the following conclusions are discussed:1 middle school teachers’ emotional intelligence level in Guangxi area. The emotional intelligence in gender, marriage situation, whether there is no significant difference in the class of teachers. But there were significant differences in age.2 middle school teachers in the Guangxi region in response to the polarization of the way. This suggests that subjects are more likely to take a more extreme approach when dealing with events, either more positive or more negative..3 the job burnout of middle school teachers in Guangxi area is good, and there are 23.3% of the subjects with mild burnout, and only 3.1% of the job burnout is serious.. The middle school teachers’ job burnout in marital status no significant difference, but in sex, whether there is significant difference between the teacher and teaching.4 the emotional intelligence, coping style and job burnout of middle school teachers in three areas of Guangxi are related to the relationship between the emotional intelligence, coping style and job burnout.. Among them, emotional intelligence and job burnout in emotional exhaustion, personality of the two dimensions are negative correlation, and the sense of self achievement are positive correlation. Positive coping and job burnout were significantly negatively related to emotional exhaustion. The negative coping style had a significant positive correlation with the emotional exhaustion and the personality of the two dimensions, and it was negatively correlated with the sense of self achievement.. Positive coping and emotional intelligence were positively related. The negative correlation between negative coping and emotional intelligence is significant.5 emotional intelligence and coping style can predict job burnout in a certain degree. Among them, the negative coping style plays an intermediary role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and job burnout..
