College Students' Entrepreneurial Problem Research

In this paper, through the investigation of Zhengzhou University students, the statistics analysis, trying to understand the basic intention of College Students’ Entrepreneurship in China, so as to further improve the entrepreneurship policy in China, the reform and adjustment of structure and culture of China’s higher education raises the suggestion. This research mainly answers following questions:(1) the current status of subjective intention of college students and the causes of this situation.(2) the cognitive factors on entrepreneurial disorder.(3) to identify factors influencing college students have entrepreneurial ideas and put them into practice, from Europe and the United States and other developed countries entrepreneurship policy initially put forward its own on College Students’Entrepreneurship in China policy perfect view.This paper takes Zhengzhou University undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral student as the investigation object. A survey questionnaire number is300, the ratio of200:70:30, received225valid questionnaires. Through the investigation and analysis shows that the current college students in the spirit level for entrepreneurship has been prepared, but the objective conditions for sure has some lack. Students of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial attitude to contrast contrast, each index of entrepreneurial platform behavior learning behavior, entrepreneurial showed entrepreneurial behavior intention, behavior of college students is negative, behavior tendency of unknown."To" and "do" there is a big gap.Through the investigation and analysis, we believe that at this stage of factors influencing college students’entrepreneurship is:first, the lack of entrepreneurial culture; second, the lack of information, policy and management knowledge, experience and training; third, financial difficulties.This paper puts forward several suggestions to perfect the policy entrepreneurship of college students in China:(1) construction of entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial atmosphere;(2) the establishment of venture capital institutions specializing in training;(3) carrying out entrepreneurship education practical and effective;(4) providing research assistance and protection of intellectual property rights.
