In the era of "Internet +",information technology has not only changed the traditional teaching mode,but also promoted the development of school education.The connection between information technology and classroom teaching becomes more and more close,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers.Teachers must have certain knowledge and skills of information technology.Whether accounting teachers’ informationization teaching ability can adapt to the requirements of the new era is a problem worthy of our attention.Through reading and sorting out the standards and literature of teachers’ informationized teaching ability,this paper extracts the elements related to teachers’ informationized teaching ability,and preliminarily formulates the structural framework of accounting teachers’ informationized teaching ability in secondary vocational schools.Then,the structural framework is revised according to the suggestions of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,and the questionnaire and interview outline are prepared.Taking Guangzhou as an example,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interview analysis on accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through the overall analysis and group difference analysis of the survey results,it is found that the overall information teaching ability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou is at the middle level.Most of the accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools agree that information technology has positive significance for the optimization of accounting teaching,and information teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning.The following problems are found specifically: the development of accounting teachers’ informationization teaching ability is unbalanced;There are great differences in the informationization teaching ability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational school information environment construction is not perfect;Information teaching and training content is lack of pertinence,training effect is not good.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the informationization teaching ability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools: establish the awareness of informationization teaching,improve information literacy;Strengthen teaching practice,improve the ability of operation and design;Set up the correct teaching idea,pay attention to the students’ learning needs;Strengthen the organization and guide,reduce the teaching task of teachers;Perfecting the construction of information environment and promoting sustainable development;Change the evaluation method and improve the incentive measures;Promote teaching by competition,enhance the informationization teaching ability;Optimize training mechanism to meet training needs;Guarantee policy support and increase fund input;Build the platform of regional resource base and promote development and exchange.
