Ji’nan sunshine100primary school as a large community supporting theconstruction of Ji’nan City compulsory education school, was formally established in2007September. The administrative departments of education in order to build a highquality school, explores a new school-running mode: choose to cooperate withUniversity College of education, by a team of experts for the development of theschool to provide professional guidance,"learning community" and the schoolteachers, teaching in the development of community in promoting the professionaldevelopment of teachers, to promote the rapid development of the school.As school managers recognize that: on such a no history, no culture at school,only to build learning, cooperation, sharing, enterprising as the core of the teacherculture could condense the spirit of teachers, the teachers of different culturalassimilation. The teacher culture development needs to establish the community ofteachers, teachers to grow rapidly in the interaction between culture, rapiddevelopment of the achievements of the school.The author believes that meaningful, it is necessary to put the history ofcooperation between sun and100college teachers from the perspective ofmanagement, using the research methods of narrative, through reflection to theperspective on the significance, as more schools to the cooperation of universities andprovide reference. This study mainly from the following three aspects:The first chapter, carries on the analysis to the teaching community in theconstruction of school teachers and experts. The characteristics of the educationexperts and school teachers.The second chapter reviews the process of community construction, teaching.From the beginning of silence, to avoid dialogue, and gradually to reach preliminaryapproval, try to talk to each other, and finally open, equal exchange stage. Effect ofcommunity building to promote the development of teachers’ exhibition industry byteachers of different growth case analysis.The third chapter, reflection and suggestion. Direct access to data and theexperience from the teaching community construction, reflection on teachingcommunity development issues, from individual to general, the teaching communityto promote the professional growth of teachers to make some rational thinking andsuggestion.
