At present, the secondary vocational teacher education in china has made gratifying achievements in the development process, but also exposes some problems. Japan and South Korea have formed a relatively complete system of secondary vocational teacher education,while secondary vocational teacher education,in Taiwan have gradually improved.However, the formation of teacher education concept is late in China. Its system there is still some deficiencies.This paper aims to compare the situation of the secondary vocational teacher education in Japan, Korea and Taiwan and find out experience from them.In this paper, the contrast method has been use,compared similarities and differences in the Mainland of China and Japan, Korea and Taiwan and analysised the main prombles on the secondary vocational teacher education.The body is divided into five chapters.The first three chapters are mainly about Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the Mainland of China's development history and current status.One of the more concise introduction to the history. Focus on these countries or regions are divided into current development stage of pre-training, access training stage after stage and grade, and all regions of the three stages of practice was presented and explained.Chapter IV is mainly to mainland of China Present situation and vocational education teacher education in Japan, Korea and Taiwan were compared, both pre-service training on the implementation of open culture systems, but universities of China is involved in vocational teacher training the initiative has higher than Japan and so on; in the access system must first obtain accreditation, the teacher education in Japan and South Korea to implement multi-level system, teacher appointment procedures in the Mainland of China and Japan is not as stringent. After-the-job training in the Mainland of China and Japan, as attached great importance, but the form and content, or some difference. These similarities and differences found after a brief analysis of its causes.Chapter V, after analysising them,has been provided some suggestion,according to China's real situation:such as encourage universities to participate in the post teacher training;reform of teacher training courses;take Multi-level teacher certification system; Improve in the appointment system of teachers; improve vocational teacher training system; Reform teachers training methods.
