Secondary vocational school in China has experienced a long period of development as a form of Education,It had a very glorious era,But with the change of Chinese society, the secondary vocational school has developed into a relatively depressed period,Compared in various aspects and the ordinary high school, were at a disadvantage.Especially students, in recent years has become a serious problem in the development of the vocational school.In the control of many unfavorable factors, secondary vocational school or in the pursuit of their own progress. And any organization, if you want to get a larger development space, the first task is to seek the optimization of structure and management process itself.Performance management is a word which is more mentioned in the field of the management science, It is consistent with the management of "people-oriented" concept, through a series of process management process, which can be used as a macroscopic we point intensive management, but also can be used as the micro we formulate index source management mode. In short, the basic concept and spirit of performance management, is the modern management science progress, development in the current dilemma in secondary vocational school stage, performance management is a clear spring, into the internal system reform in Vocational center, brought a clear sunny and live.The Balanced Scorecard theory is a new theory for management be just unfolding the90years since the last century since the study began, was founded, it has been widely applied to the enterprise, government, non-profit organizations and many other fields, not only in practice, repeated success, in the theoretical study has yielded fruitful results.The theory of balanced scorecard is not only the key indicators of performance management in the establishment of standard, but also can be used as tissue transfer strategy goal, enhance organizational cohesion, build utility structure.This paper attempts to put the theory into the process of teachers’ performance management in the secondary vocational school, some role for the development of the secondary vocational school play. This paper is divided into six parts.The first part:Introduction.Elaborated the paper selected topic reason and the research significance, and research situation at home and abroad, the study of innovation and inadequate.The second part:Development of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance management process and application. Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory development history, applications, advantages and disadvantages of the analysis, to find out the basic features of the theory. And that the theory is how to close contact with the performance management process, to a certain extent summary.The third part:An Empirical Study of the performance of G School of management in Shanghai city. In Shanghai a vocational school as an example of G University, demonstrated the existence of teacher management in secondary vocational school in the present problems and shortcomings, and analyzes the reasons for its existence. But in the form of a questionnaire survey, obtained the school teachers’opinions on the current performance management system.The fourth part:analysis of the feasibility of using balanced scorecard in the performance management in secondary vocational school. For the Balanced Scorecard theory can be applied to the vocational school. will be what kind of difficulties encountered, the meaningful how big this theory, makes a preliminary analysis.The fifth part:Application of the Balanced Scorecard theory and specific measures of performance management in the vocational school.Taking G school as the research background, analysis of the Balanced Scorecard theory, how to play a role in the performance management of the school, is mainly designed with some vocational school characteristics of the two level indicators and three indicators, the design of the Balanced Scorecard feedback results of three grade structure, design some index access method etc..And took out a balanced scorecard results feedback forms samples.The sixth part:Conclusion and Prospect of research.This part summarizes the research results of the front several chapters, formed some opinions and conclusions.Based on the research gaps, are also analyzed.The future research demands.
